“a station wagon?” such complete and instantaneous judgement, of the most embarrassing sort, was the response that i received after my mom pointed out that the sea foam green station wagon we were standing next to in the used car lot was my dream car. i was mortified. i wanted to think that i was cool. or at least i wanted to think that i had the capacity to be cool someday. thanks mom!
and what is it about a station wagon that makes one destined for dweebdom? yes, i really would like to know. i own one now. it’s not the preferred sea foam green, but silver is just as nice. station wagons are great. Great! they are roomy and spacious, they let a lot of light in, you can live in the back! and sea foam green is such a fresh and crisp color, countering the stuffieness of long hauls.

well, i didn’t end up getting the sea foam green station wagon. i ended up getting a toyota corolla that i loved loved Loved! then i made it dead and i was very sad.
